SoloQ mode and competitive ladder

The ping system,the revive mechanic this game wasn't made for soloQ and if you make it that will divide the community playlist from the 3 squad format.It's not a good idea to add soloQ instead keep the 3s format make it THE competitive mode by adding this ranking system.I think the ranking system should work like old world of warcraft's system in 2008 days (3 people create a team/squad name it and their ''banner'', this squad will compete in a ladder with a rating system that goes up or down every after game based on kills/position/damage the more rating you get , you advance the ladder the top 1% teams of the ladder should get the ''rank 1 title''.This is how the game should go in competitive where the tourneys will be 3 teams aswell .I think this is the best way to give the game competitive and with this system and some improvements this can be the new esport game.You created a BR game that has everything ,if you create also a BR game that has competitive ladder , you did it respawn.
