SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS... R3 PROBLEM.

I like the R3 as a punch button because i lke to chase people and punch early game lol but whenever i pick up a havoc it always punches idk why

So glad to hear more people raising this issue.

The only work around is to map to fire mode and then not use any weapon that has the ability to change.

It's amazing how unplayable the game is for us in this group until this can be fixed.

R3 crouch (hold) or R3 interact/pickup/reload

They should fix it so we can unbind R3 no button.

Respawn, please fix this.   I have lost count on how many times I’ve been killed because of this. It should not be that difficult to give us an option to not have to map every single button on the controller. 

I had to go to a video game repair store and have them disable my R3 button. People don’t understand that when they say to switch R3 to crouch, while it is much better than melee, still puts you at a major disadvantage to players that don’t hit R3 when shooting. I only had this ‘repair’ done two or three days ago and I can finally shoot again. I’d say it’s enough to make the game enjoyable again, but unfortunately sbmm takes that away.

Remove R3 as a button jeeeeeeeeeeezes christ I can't play this game anymore because of a stupid reason and it's really pissing me off. I can't map R3 to circle because I can't get used to it like that.

I have over 500 wins and 12k kills Aim-4Z-Brain is my PSN  and I haven't been able to play in months because of this, please make it so I can map R3 to something that doesn't screw me over while trying to shoot my weapon.

FYI: I USED TO HAVE R3 MAPPED TO THE EXTRA CHARACTER BUTTON BUT WHEN YOU CHANGED THE EXTRA CHARACTER BUTTON TO BRING UP A DAMN CHAT WHEEL THAT'S WHEN ALL MY PROBLEMS STARTED.

I literally can't play again until this is resolved and I would really like to be able to finish the season pass before I miss out on it.

This is interesting. I have my R3 mapped to my tactical ability, but I've never once accidentally activated it.

Hmm. I wonder why that is. Maybe I just don't have a natural inclination  topress down when I use the stick or something. All I can say is it's never been a problem for me, sorry it's a problem for you. That stinks.
