Since the new update I’ve not had one match without the bug where you can only spawn on your home base. The mode is kinda unplayable like this, but since it’s been EVERY game so far, I have to ask whether this change was on purpose and I just missed it? Par for the course with Respawn. Remove a bug, bring it back. Expect it not to get fixed for seasons.
If a bug resurfaces then it's either that the underlying cause wasn't what the thought it was or that it's simply just a bit harder to fix.
Of course I don't have any exact information to what could cause this in this case, though I believe it shows that it's just a pesky bug that doesn't really want to go away.
The issue where players got stuck in the replicator was quite hard to fix and stuck around for a while, though they got it fixed in the end.
The fact that they pushed a fix for this issue previously means they at least have some progress, so hopefully we'll see this fixed soon.
