@SSPK7I agreed with 90% of everything you said, I really like the idea for lifeline in particular so she can still auto revive someone but she won’t be able to auto revive them over and over and over.... being able to auto revive once then being able to use her earlier passive would be a great way to balance her (only issue I see is that this gives her the ability to potentially revive 2 teammates at once while being shielded on both)
Octane I think he is fine the way he is for casual but I can see your point of view for rev pushes in ranked but I don’t think every legend needs to be solely balanced for Ranked because it ruins them in public matches just look at wattson for example shes great in ranked and never used in public matches because nobody wants to camp in the same spot until end game in public matches and if they do they might as well use caustic because hes the king of both offense and defense
