No. You can't reserve a legend. If you get to pick 1st, you get your choice. If you pick 2nd, there's one legend you can't have. If you pick 3rd, there are two you can't have. Deal with it.
@Professor_Doggy 100% agreed with. You don’t own any legends everyone should be able to play whatever legend they want if they are first in the character select screen
