Stop nerfing Octane

Octane has been overtuned for several seasons. Based on a quick search, he is the single most used legend in the entire game right now, and has been one of the top legends since he received his jump pad buff in season 7 or 8. Mobility is the biggest advantage in this game because the ability to run in and out of fights and maneuver the ring is what drives success in this game, far more than skill ever will. In King's Canyon ranked matches there was nothing but Octane/Revenant combos getting freebies because they can just jump halfway across the map in a Revenant ultimate (because he got overtuned as well) and wear down teams that couldn't kill them because they would teleport back across the map. Octane basically replaced Wraith because of his jump pad buff. He cannot be nerfed enough right now. Every single team runs an Octane in the matches I play. It's obnoxious.
