There are lots of ways to find good teammates. The MMR has nothing to do with that. Finding teammates is on you and you alone.
Nope since rank doesn't mean anything anymore and the mmr is hidden it's harder than ever to find mates.
I can't even group with ppl i played previously since they are silver and i'm diamond.
