Suggestion: add Hanzo's double jump to all chars

thinking in general improvement targeting char with no mobility insert potato here

They could do it like a pick up thing say something along the lines of booster fuel for those lil things on there hips that will allow them to do a short burst after a jump for the double jump effect without turning everyone into literal ninjas. different rarities let them do the jumps more often either by making it have a different cool down time or just amount of times it’s usable. Dunno just spit ballin’ 🤷‍♂️

        Because Naruto has double jump?
        Doubt it an anime character use this game terminology.. But hey, since I don't watch Naruto, I don't really know...

        Whereas Overwath's Hanzo totally have double jump! 😉
