It may take up a large amount of money to implement suggestion #2 due to the fact that they'll need to create another set of cheaters' server on all regions.
Remember, keeping the player base happy would mean more profit for them. Imagine if the non cheating players enjoy the game without the cheaters and actually spend some time mastering the game. They're more likely to spend money for skins. Also consider all the cheaters on the cheating servers. Since theyre not banned they would continue to play the game. And more players always mean more potential buyers.
- Every game is full of cheaters its never ending war, i personally haven't met single one in this game and no I'm not denying them, just saying they are not in every single game as some folks describe here.
