Thanks for the post! You've definitely put a lot of detail into these thoughts and we're happy to pass along the feedback about these various changes you're hoping to see for cosmetics in the future.

I did just want to clarify one point you've made regarding heirlooms/mythic items:

According to rumors, you should obtain them thanks to one of the packs present in the 500 account levels. 

To confirm, you're guaranteed heirloom shards if you have not yet received them after opening 500 packs, which is not necessarily 500 account levels. Leveling to 500 gives you 199 packs purely from leveling, not taking into account packs from battle passes or those that have been purchased directly. 

Since you can now effectively reach level 2000 (via 4 tiers of 500 levels each), there are enough free packs to guarantee an heirloom purely from leveling, though this wouldn't be at level 500.
