If we look at how long it takes to use a simple shield recharge and the time it takes to use a syringe, why does the syringe take 20 seconds to use and the shield recharge takes 3 seconds? I feel the...

By the time you get revived in a fight and use the syringes to heal your team is most likely dead. They take way too long to use and the time needs to be cut down for sure. I could be wrong but im pretty sure using a first aid kit is only a few seconds longer to use than a syringe.
