take down the penalty for leaving Ranked Matched

@iBlockHead I'm not quite sure if you've seen this happen, but considering you say you don't leave, you probably haven't noticed that even leaving after the banner is grayed out can be bugged. 

That's fine if you all want to wait the whole match, but don't hold other players to an inconveniencing standard. Not everyone has the time to be able to wait whole matches after completely dying. The whole point of apex/ battle royale is that it's a pick-up-and-play game. If you want players to stay the whole game, give a reason for them to stay after dying, other than possibly getting a win IF your team is good enough.

@thenoclannoob I never got the need because once I die, most likely my team dies and if they don't, they carry my dead body to top 5 or win.

Anyways, you have the option to play casual and leave every single game early if you want. I do it too because I just hate being paired with players who run in circles.

The incentive to stay until your banner is gray or just staying the whole match is not losing RP. At higher ranks, RP means a lot vs lower ranks where you can rank up by simply playing game after game. If you do not feel this is enough, than stick to casual until you learn to stay in a match.
