@Flashshark1980 I dont so much need to prove it myself. When I can walk up on 3 teams in ranked all 3 teams side by side firing at us from distance and not remotely worried about the 2 teams beside them then yea we know. We had 8 people side by side each other only shooting at us with all them in view of each other. Joys of apex legends sometimes. yay us
There are many reasons not to attack one team over another.
Most of them are related to position and team strength.
I will never attack a shorthanded team that is already engaged I will go after he stronger team while they are distracted. (some people do the opposite so it can seem like they are teaming up)
But sometimes proximity and lack of cover is enough to be the winner.
- @Irres169 Uhh these guys was dead in the open all 8.. Nearly 10 meters away from each other they only wanted to focus my team. Despite 2 other teams in their site in punching distance. lol There is no defense for what I seen.

There is a sort of fix.. If they're on your friends list and not in your squad ensure that they can't make it in the same game. It's possible for devs to read your friends list after all that's what the invite screen is. However I don't know what you can do about streamers. This is a nasty issue on console and in Australian lobbies as it's easy to sync up in Australian servers
