Teaming is not cheating?Multiple videos show people teaming on r/apexlegends/. Even the most upvoted topic now is promote teaming. I mean in the Battle royale not all kids wanted to kill each other and they teamed up to survive but game developers made a rule as it count as cheating. In apex i can report people for teaming...I reported the topics on reddit because the rules say don't promote cheating. I wrote to the mods asking about it but they said they are not Respawn (what i knew). Basically they are washing their hands of.So how is this, can i team up with others and not get banned? An official statement from the devs should be good.(I hope i won't get the answer "we're not the reddit mods"...)

@hirteIen I feel it *is* cheating. The game mode makes you drop solo, and the idea at that time is to kill Legends, and then kill Shadows as they come back - so that's the hard part of the game: staying alive until the final 10. Teaming defeats all that and makes it harder for the other players to achieve the stated objectives of the game.

It is cheating having players already premade into a 3-man to 10-man group going around killing survivors sucks so much.Then you think to youself, welp that sucks onto the next game except it happens every game. There will always be premades killing solos which SUCKS.

@iBlockHead +1Yup...That was the biggest problem with solo's... friends teaming up...played 5 matches last night...that was enough for me...every match had guys/gals/friends teaming up and destroying everyone 'til final 10❤️

I don`t know guys. last knight i also played a few and while dropping solo not knowing any 1 in the game. i got another player running with me. at first i did not shoot him so he did not shoot me either. so we killed other players and some Zombies and at the end he escaped and i did not. i don`t know if you can call that cheating.just putting it out there

Do you all think there is also a good blend of players organically teaming up in-game without knowing each other? A mutual agreement to do what it takes to survive?

Apex haloween event teaming up problem are gwtting worst, I saw 7 people teaming up for like 6 times now, even though there are still 23 people left in the lobby. Its not fair

@OomPat Anyone else feel bad about killing Legends in this mode, especially when you're a Shadow? I snuck behind a Mirage yesterday and a moment of conscience struck me... I almost let him go. Almost. RAWR!!!

At.the start of the game there was a octane wattson and pathfinder teaming together i killed the octane but could never get through fences to kill them on shadowmode but yesterday i was a caustic and there was 11 legends left but a bloodhound wanted in so i just let him in since only 11 left he was team anyways almost

I don’t know but I do like the randoms moments that could occur. Like when I was running around for loot, I looked down from a high place and seen a wild Pathfinder standing out side a building preforming his mating ritual. Crouching over and over to let near by potential partners that he was not a threat. Than I had seen a wraith pop out of the building. Looking at the guy and heading back in. As if she was unsure if he was friend or foe.
When I seen her going back in the building a 3rd time, I threw 2 grenades at the door way,going off without hurting anyone. Wraith jumped out of that building and killed the pathfinder so fast,she probably thought he had tossed those grenades at her. lol

@hirteIenWins do NOT count in shadowfall. There is no leaver penalty. Just move on to another match. This was a real problem with the old Solo mode. Not much of an issue here.
But if you experience this in ranked games, it can be a major problem...

@hirteIen If it's a solo mode then it should be played solo or I would definitely consider it cheating. Play it the way it's meant to be played.

@EA_Blueberry The Shadowfall mode naturally encourages players to work together. They probably are not in a party. Honestly I tried to get into the same match as my brother (sitting next to me), we tried 6 times and never got the same match. So I find it unlikely there are hoards of players "teaming" in this mode. Playing on a populated US server during "normal" hours.

@EA_Blueberry I’m not sure if they don’t know each other one way or another but the majority of matches I’ve been in always had people teaming up from the beginning. At times they work together taking out solo players and shadows. Other times they will only wait to see if the solo player is dumb enough to shoot. Allowing him or her to join the party if he holster his weapon and do the crouch dance.
