Teammate downed/dead Icons blocking your view in combat

I may just be blind if there's a option to turn down the opacity, but player downed/dead Icons literally block your view completely from seeing any enemies if they are "inside" of that icon.

It may not be a "game breaking" issue, but it is a massive issue when fighting enemies that are around your downed/dead teammate
