EA TOS is a complete joke. They do a good job appearing  apathetic, arbitrary, and about as useful as a comb for a bald head. I've had this exact problem yet EA/Respawn see fit to completely sabotage a user who has had a clean record and, in their own words, a loyal and avid customer.
