That teammate who disconnects at the start
Not really his fault, either the client or the server messes up every few games.

3 times I've tried to play tonight.
3 times I've been met with either a server ERROR, or an outright hard freeze up and crash...
On the freeze up, I picked my champion (rare since this season where there have been multiple games that the champion select screen never shows up for me...), then it freezes as it's transitioning to the champion squad screen. I waited for like 5 minutes to see if it would load. Nothing happened, so I finally just hit the home button and tried to close it...which took a minute for my PS4 to attempt before just popping up that the game had crashed when I tried to close it and gave me the option to send a crash report. Tried booting the game up again, and it tried to put me in the game I had crashed on, so apparently I was in that game in some way, but I wasn't there... Didn't get a chance to actually find out since I had timed out or something...
The next couple games were just waiting in queue, then as soon as it finds a match...
ERROR
Connection to the server timed out (code: leaf)
....I'm done with this garbage pile.
I have been disconnected twice and once the client just froze.
