The “Aim Assist” on console

Please leave it as it is. Coming from a console player i love how i actually have to aim now

It doesn't feel like there is much aim assist, but this is a good thing, makes shooting feel a lot more rewarding. You could try turning down the sensitivity.

Unless your a controller player playing on pc (like me), and every M/K player can hit a bird out the air. In my opinion they do just a little.. I honestly have to be in talking distance to kill an enemy. I can shoot them just fine, but in a instant they turn to Ninja on me, like WTF APEX.

Aim assist is for the weak...

Same. PS4 player.

I think I left sensibility settings as is by default, but I disabled/reduced dead zone settings because my controller is working just fine. No need for a dead zone.

I'm very bad at shooters and I like aim assist, but this game challenges me and I like it. I practiced in the shooting range, watched YouTube videos about aiming sights in FPS and discussed with more experienced teammates. I discovered that hip shooting is also good enough a lot of the time.

I prefer controllers for Third Person Action games because a lot of them are made with controllers in mind, but I think FPS like Bioshock or Wolfenstein are funnier with mouse and keyboard. It's a question of tastes, I think.
