The +5% damage to skinny legends is too much

HE isn't that hard to hit compared to robust legends.  People are able to just TEAR you apart up close while caustic and Gib take clips upon clips.  Remove the modifier and put if back to 0.  Casutic...

@Luxxtenebri Who isn't that hard to hit? If we're comparing Wraith to Gibraltar then yes Gibby is much easier to hit.

I don't think 5% makes any noticeable difference unless you're up against a fortified legend. 

Fortified should give 15% damage reduction when hit not 5%.

      @Luxxtenebri That's certainly a thing to say. Personally my angle would involve a logical counterpoint but your argument is good too.
