It’s the worst audio in any game I’ve ever played. Multiple times today I’ve had path finder, lifeline and octane flank right behind me without a single footstep to be heard. This is having high ground with no fighting and just out of no where getting beamed from 5 meters in the back. How has this not been fixed yet?
I bought a gaming headset set capable of out putting in 7.1 surround sound which is sort of middle of the range when it comes to cost and even then the audio is still terrible you get a rough idea as to where some characters are are but characters like octane when they use the jump pad make no sound on landing and seemed to lose footprints I do not think it's reasonable to expect players to spend hundreds of pounds on top of the range headsets just so that they can control the audio of the game
