@Supersayinpeter An heirloom is a very special item, opening 150-200 packs would make it too easy to get one, that's basically getting from level 200 -500, and i'm not even counting all the packs we got for free or all the packs we got from the season pass, or all the packs we've got for getting from level 1-100.
@MoNosDirtyGaming they've certainly made the heirloom very desirable, a marketing coup😃
