The havoc “nerf” didn’t happen

I really was excited are hearing the havoc was getting nerfed and I was looking forward to seeing how it was nerfed but I learned it wasn’t. The despair nerf doesn’t really seem enough of a nerf to affect this weapon in particular the spawn rate is still as high as some weapons but the weapon gun bullet drop-rate and the damage make still op as well but not as op as the m600 spitfire which is also annoying
