The Loba (Red Handed Skin) is missing its glimmer effect

I notice that Loba's "Red handed" skin no longer has its glimmer effect. At first, I thought it was patched out since I only noticed it after the Chaos Theory update. It didn't make much sense consid...

@witchclass submit a ticket, looks like its a console only glitch. it still has its particles on PC.
