You'll rarely get a couple teammates around the same level as you but more often the other two (assuming they stay past the loading screen) are basically just 'filler' for the lv100+ players like the game seriously expects my blind * to pull a Shroud or Dizzy and hard carry their carcasses when they don't even try to contribute by sticking around so the enemy thinks we're a well oiled killing machine when in fact it's usually three people with different agendas avoiding eachother like their lives depended on it
