The New Amazon Servers Making Ping And Latency Worse
Ive been playing apex since a few months after the game came out. And by far the worst ping i have ever experienced has been on the new servers. Im in northern Illinois and can confidently say its the worst its ever been. Pretty much unplayable. Went from an average of about 30 ping to 70-100 consistently. And packet loss has skyrocketed. The "smoother gameplay" ive heard people talking about isnt true in the Midwest. When the only servers closest are 1000 miles away you cant expect good connection. EA please switch back or get better servers in the Midwest.
