Hi! I have played Apex since season one and i think we all can agree we don't like the new map in season five so far. It looks like a junkyard, full of random buildings and etc. If u start a gunfight the enemy just runs straight into a building that is near... Please EA and Respawn do something about this.
Sudden ravines, random place for doors & 1-door house, bad building designs (falling accross some visual solid structures) & weird non-climbable rocks (sometimes they are simply unreachable),... all these modifications make this map a bit deceiving to take some advantage with some clear moves or during fights.
I've actually been heavily enjoying how the new map plays. Aesthetic preferences aside, I've found the fights I've fought to be a lot more dynamic than previously. There's many options with which you can engage or disengage, while still beng punished for bad plays or positioning.
