The removed Arc Star impact stun makes them near useless

@Peri_Longbow_plzI have never really liked arc stars in general and it was terrible to be randomly stuck by one and temporarily paralyzed, it was a long needed nerf but personally I prefer thermites because I suck at doing ‘’sky nades’’ with frags like backoffmyjankz and thermites are useful for breaking doors when someones healing behind them, burning someone behind cover, lifeline’s res, etc and they start burning immediately which helps you have easier and more precise aiming
