the ship speed buff is so good
now it feels like an actual ship instead of a flying sloth, i know it shouldnt make too much difference since i am usually on the ship for about 5 seconds but it feels much better now

It changed a lot about how you should drop honestly. Before the change, I would ping a spot, and go around 1100m away. No need to do that now unless the ship isn't going any closer. Get closer and drop and beat the early droppers.
I really do like the change but am still getting used to it!
It changes nothing, it's all about timing of your jump whether the ship is fast or slow. You claim you can beat the early jumpers now... no, it's because they didn't time there jump right, they jumped to early. You won't see any difference in the game once people adjust to the new speed.. the buff is useless.

It cuts down on the amount of time you have to wait on the ship until you get to the other side of the map. In some cases, there could be a zone with Epic loot on the other side but it felt like it took too long to get there. Now, you can get there faster and be capable of looting up sooner too.
- Blueberry, it's time for the break room and some more ultimate accelerant.... there's no such thing as epic loot in this game, you been playing fortnite or apex? There's tiers of loot at poi's such as mid tier and high tier, there's a hot zone (which increase your chance of a fully kitted weapon) and there's gold guns.... but there's no such thing as epic loot..... no one has ever said, "I'd sure like to land that hot zone across the map, but i can't wait in the ship any longer". They claim it's too adjust player behavior... I'm sure it's there "attempt" to spread squads out more but it will never work cause people are still going to play the same style they have been for the last 2 1/2 months... fortnite has the same issues... you can speed the ship up all you want but it still won't do anything, fortnites already proved it. People want action that's why skull town is the tilted towers of fortnite. You'll never get a even distribution of players.

In most games the color gold is legendary, purple is considered epic and blue is rare/mid tier. I was implying the armor and attachments you'll find in those zones are of higher tier.
