The snare on hit has to go!

When you get shot you get slowed, this has to be the most annoying and infuriating mechanic I have ever encountered in a game. No other FPS game I have played has this mechanic. I don't know who thou...

    False, people still die a lot in every other FPS game and some even have dedicated healing/medics.

    EDIT: Also Bangalore, Octane, Pathfinder and Wraith have very easy disengages that completely nullifies your excuse. In fact getting rid of slow on hit, will level out the playing field for the non-meta legends.

I understand your pain, but all games you mentioned are completely different. None of them has so small characters (hitboxes), long TTK (on average) and so fast movement speed. None. In addition, this only applies to heavy weapons - those with lowest firerate, so it somehow make sense. Well, at least to me.

Since this game is not realistic, which I agree on.. Why is it bullets hurt me? I mean, this is based of fantasy, why can't I just be a bullet sponge and never take damage?

The answer, because no matter how unrealistic a game is, there needs to be SOME aspect of reality entwined in it.. So a bullet slowing you down a bit is completely acceptable in this game..

    If they remove the speed reduction on getting hit, then you would need to nerf the healing aspect of the game because it would be too easy to run away and heal back up.

    @Belly_ZP  It only affects heavy weapons yet you don't see people doing what you are describing (as much as you try to make it sound so easy) from being shot by R-99 or R-301. Being slowed because you are shot is lame and frustrating, even moreso in Apex where the shooter is already rewarded so much (mainly by the netcode).
