Anyone else feel like the Spitfire needs to be rebalanced? I've noticed the meta went from Mastiff to Spitfire, and I'm seeing people use the Spitfire, shoot for a half second, and they insta down 1-3 people, and its usually a console user. I've also heard this gun got a "buff" which was 100% not needed.
yes it does. most of the guns in the game need to be rebalanced and melee needs to be changed as well.
I mean I have traded my triple take for a spitfire until it is balanced.
Is it just a damage buff? It feels like it has less recoil now than previously.
I was against it at the start. But boy has it been getting me all my damage badges on all legends. =D 1 damage for each bullet was added. This gun can hold up to 55 rounds. This is giving it 55 more damage. Lets not forget even simple body shots with this gun can completely wipe 2 teams in 1 magazine if shots are hit properly. But yea lets buff it they thought. lol
Yep. Everyone needs a crutch for easy kills now. Last season, everyone called it a noob gun for no skill players... now everyone runs it. People just want to collect kills for bragging rights but if you only got those kills because you used the Spitfire, well.... it's like bragging that you beat your 2 year old niece at Connect 4.
All guns should be balanced, not crazy OP, and I find it funny how Lifeline's passive is "too op", but we litterally have a powerful legend named Horizon, with Valk on her way, like I'm sorry... her shield is op? What about getting hit by a blackhole, unable to see, and then blown up by grenades? I just find it funny and sad that things that don't need a nerf or buff gets changed. (Talking about how not only are guns unbalanced, Legends are too)

What if I shot you mid air with it? Is it still just the gun?
The gun is not balanced for sure, it needs more recoil for the damage it does.
That is objective.
The rest is you thinking you are too good to be killed.
If they don't balance the gun then use it, instead of crying about others using it.
Lifeline is only op for people who don't know how to push the victim.
