they said my account was involved in cheating although i didnt even hack

@SenzitsuuYou may challenge the ban at any time. As for  accounts the forums can not offer you help. You will need to get in contact and ask your ban to be sent to a higher tier team to over view the account and see if the ban was legit or not.
