This game has stopped being about fun

I've played Apex with my friends since launch and this is the worst it's ever been due to the horrid matchmaking. I'm a casual gamer who plays maybe once a week with my friend who's long distance and this game things that I'm an apex predator because that is the only people I see in my lobbies. Ranked is smurfs in low lobbies and full pred stacks when you hit platinum. Pubs is somehow worse with every single lobby having full stack sweat lords who apparently have never touched grass. I know I'm not that good at this game but someone needs to tell apex that because there match breakdown at the start of matches puts us as far right as it will go every single game and yet I haven't had a positive KD in seasons.
