This NEEDS to CHANGE (How Respawn Handles Events)

Question

Ever since Arenas was introduced, Apex Legends has gone down hill in terms of limited time game modes and to be honest I can’t even remember the last time we actually had a real BR LTM... its literally Arena this Arena that and Respawn doesn’t even care about Battle Royale anymore...its ridiculous

The Event launches on the 12th... BUT we don’t get Shadow Royale until the 26th?!?!? I know exactly why Respawn did this because once again they are pushing for us to play Arenas and they know nobody will play the new Arenas map if Shadow Royale is introduced... NEWS FLASH NOBODY CARES ABOUT ARENAS ITS NOTHING BUT SWEAT OR BE SWEATED... Add Objectives, a Reason to play Arenas... make it Third Person Mode so we can actually admire our skins, defend around crates,corners, etc like on other TDM games, and overall have something fresh to experience than the same old first person mode we have had for 2 YEARS... nobody wanted Arenas to be a baby version of Battle Royale when I was asking for you to add Arenas I was expecting DeathMatch, King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, Plant and Defusing a Bomb, etc but nope all we get is going into Arenas and sweat or be sweated which is stale after a few games and just not fun at all

Back to the main issue... START ADDING LIMITED TIME MODES FOR BATTLE ROYALE!!!! You have at least 25 different LTMs like Solos, Third Person Mode, Armed and Dangerous, Dummies Big Day, Soiree Event Modes, War Games Modes, etc but all we ever get is Arenas Flash Events or a TakeOver for Battle Royale which usually doesn’t even feel like a LTM at all

Respawn needs to stop trying to force us to play Arenas every chance they get... every single Event, Weekly Quest, Daily Quest, etc are all trying to force us to play Arenas to complete them... I do NOT want to play Arenas without Objectives... All Most of us want ( according to streamers like Jmeyals, The Gaming Merchant, Thordan Smash, GarretLeaks, KandyRew, etc) are LTMs for Battle Royale!

@TheApexLegendNub Some LTMs were really fun. I suspect a lot more people would play an LTM instead of arenas. They just can't handle the fact that most of us are not interested in arenas and they didn't see any gain from developing this relatively new game mode.

I have played 0 arena matches so far. Unless they start adding some serious rewards, I will never touch that game mode because I'm simply not interested. They try to force it so hard it's just become a massive shart.

As most LTMs are extremely dumb and/or annoying, I'm gonna have to say no. Unless they, of course, quit forcing LTMs on people who just wanna play Apex Legends and not dumb wooosh-woooosh modes or the one where dead people get respawned on your head. 🙄

@Solim66I just noticed its ONE WEEK ONLY... we literally havn’t had any LTMs (other than Arenas) since like Season 8’s War Games... and then they only have it for one week... I refuse to buy another cosmetic until we actually start getting LTMs again and I don’t even care if they are reruns I would rather play old LTMs than nothing at all...

@CCbathwater I honestly don’t like the idea of Takeovers, I preferred it when Events had their own separate queue so you could still play regular BR if you wanted to without having to go on Ranked
