This season is 4 months long
Is that right? It started Oct 1st and when I go to the battle pass, it says 59 days remaining. Why is this season so long? With the lack of content, updates, etc., this is making this season drag on.

- @Benchwarmerbrew They want the *cough cough* people with jobs who can’t spend an hour a day playing the game to also be able to get to BP 110.
*cough cough* those people have a life and can’t play 1 hour a day or 7 hours a week... so yea that’s why this season is 4 months long... most ridiculous thing I’ve heard XD. that depends on the amount of time you play the game, like for instance, a game like Undertale has a lot of good content but if you play it for 7 hours each day its going to seem like quite a small amount of content. This map has plenty of secrets, and things to do, and with a new map, 4 months doesn't seem that bad, and there coming out with new and old gamemodes.
@Koochi-QHonestly that makes no sence, because I can only play half the week and whenever I come back They literally give 5 battle passes for free almost they go 9k,18k,27k,36k,45k, then back to 54k
Im done already so next 2 months are for? Then last season I couldn’t play for over a month and still finshed way early- @Benchwarmerbrew
I just think its honestly because its the holiday season.
Season 4 would have been expected to start very early January, following the trend of when seasons start, but the devs are likely to not be around because they’re celebrating the holidays with their families. Its very common for games to get no updates over the holiday period for this very reason.
Also, i think the fact its the holiday season and most people are busy with family etc. and not playing games, people may not have as much free time to play like they usually do due to those commitments. Giving an extra month just allows people to spend time with their family and not have to worry about the season ending. Last thing you want is players stressing on xmas because the new season starts in a week but they dont have the time to play because its christmas. - @FaIIenAngeI777 I KNOW! It doesn’t make any sense but a big part of the reason why they did it for 4 months is actually because a lot of ppl complained that they didn’t have enough time to complete the BP or even get to lvl 100 was because of work which is just baloney.
If your hobby or favorite passtime is gaming and you work 5 days for 8 hours, you basically have 15 hours (lets say the commute takes you an hour) a day left for other stuff. Lets say you sleep 8 hours, than you have 7 hours left. I can’t see, even if you have a wife and kids that you don’t have 1 hour out of those 7 to do your hobby, which not even requires you to go outside like some hobbies require. But lets say you really can’t... you have the whole G’darn weekend; 48 hours... you can’t honestly tell me you can’t even play 7 hours out of all that time. Even ppl who have outdoorsy hobbies have time to hobby around on their weekends.
It takes roughly 2 hours a day to get the BP done in 2.5-3 months. I just know at the end of this season we’ll see complaints that it’s ‘not enough time’ yet again >.>
