Most gaming mice have Macros, but nothing that can affect the cursor movement, you need a third party software for that, which is a cheat, even AutoHotKey is not allowed by some games. Any device or program dedicated to cheating should be forbidden.
And again, nobody buy that kind of device for anything but cheating.
