in that case they should ban mouses plugged in as well seeing as there are no recoil mice on the market
Most gaming mice have Macros, but nothing that can affect the cursor movement, you need a third party software for that, which is a cheat, even AutoHotKey is not allowed by some games. Any device or program dedicated to cheating should be forbidden.
And again, nobody buy that kind of device for anything but cheating.
