Toggle for voice chat

If you're on PC you can try making an autoexec to do this.

- @XHelperZ Console players have no option for this tho. I would love to have a mute or unmute option in the mini-map area.
Yeah in that case it wouldn't be all too bad to add in-game functionality for it, it's possible after all :V
