@Palette24carats You forget that M&K players dedicate a lot of brain power in to aiming. Controller is almost nil; and can instead focus on other things like placement and movement.
Forget about the top tier, in any scientific analysis you remove the top and bottom 5%. You should focus on the middle. The basic fact is that a controller player can pick up a controller for the first time and beat a 20 year M&K vet.

@arjaeger Exactly, no one ever mentions having to use less brain power. Glad you brought it up.
I've heard people that use controllers have less issues with visual clutter as well.
The problem is that a lot of people like to use controllers for shooters and all these companies want to make as much money as possible. Unfortunately, I doubt Respawn or any other company is going to turn down the aim assist. It's frustrating. I enjoy playing Halo, but there's no way to compete with Aim Assist with Bullet Magnetism.
