Let's turn your argument the other way: If you are playing mouse on PC and you keep saying that Mouse has no advantage and its balanced you are probably playing silver now. You are probably not reaching the necessary skill to understand how it is superior to controller.
Someone that masters an input will of course be better, that is why I displayed the results from that ALGS study; it proved that Mouse wins in every range of fighting by a small percent. Totally disproving your sayings.
