Total chaos

I firmly believe that this game needs some changes or probably get entirely changed. I was Diamond and now I'm hard stuck gold because I keep on running into teammates that are afk or just leave instantly. Not to mention that I must spectate my afk teammate after I've died because if I leave I get a 10 minute ban. On the other hand when my teammates remain in the game and are active, they play as if their peak rank is rookie (in gold lobbies) but like they reached rookie really hard. And ain't no way y'all are convincing me it's a skill based queue. Also the reports should actually start getting checked because it's way too obvious that no one checks them and nobody gets banned even when they should. So yeah, fix your ranked system and try to give a **bleep** about the community. Thank you for your time!
