Totally gnarly r99 skin

I can't get this skin because I have the wrong color of the skin it's a recolor of? That's so stupid, you should be able to get it if you have either of the skins it's based off because they are the same skin just different colors. I've been waiting so long for this skin to come back and I can't even get it. The greed is killing this game
