Toxic playerbase, bad trios

If you think about it, it would be very difficult, and most likely just create other problems, to legislate and actually enforce such rules when it comes to player behavior. Bottom line is that when you choose to play with randoms, you just have to accept that you will be teamed with two randomly picked teammates with random playing style and random ideas how to play this game.

Sure they could simply make it bannable to leave the game, much  like in ranked but just stop think about that for a moment. Since you have played 1500 h in this game, you know as well as I that some randoms just dont match well, playing style wise..  When I  play pubs, MY preference is to fight and die like a team... You dont run away and play for "placement" in pubs so if my team gets pushed and I start fighting and dies and then realizes that one of my teammate ran away as soon as the fight started, I will instantly leave. Imagine the nightmare if you have to stay and wait until you get executed and for your banner timer to run out... But the thing is: I dont blame my teammate because HIS idea to play this game apparently is to avoid fight and try to get a good placement, play "smart" as he probably would have put it. Who am I to dictate how he should play the game? Just let me gtfo of this game and start another.

So I only see two possible solutions:

1) Accept that playing with RANDOMS in this game is exactly that; RANDOM players with RANDOM playing styles. If you want player with matching styles, you have to play with premades.

2) They could possibly implement a check box if you dont allow leavers and then match those players together. BUT that might affect the fairness of the matchmaking. I am fairly sure that most of the  highly skilled players would NOT check such box whereas more below average skilled players would. So I dont know if its  good idea to increase that probability that the best players in each lobby end up in the same team as well as the worst end up in the same

However I feel I haven't really made myself understood.

PUBS and solo queue are very toxic, not just in terms of insults in the chat, but extreme griefing as well.

6/10 games I have a teammate who chooses to play alone, IN A TEAM GAME, and if he loses, which they usually do, they decide to leave the game, and enter another. That of course ruins the experience for everyone else. There is no really an argument here mate. That's a fact.

Now, this brings us to my point: Team games are that TEAM GAMES. Anyone who tries to deviate from that, must be penalised, especially now that they have the no fill option. Valorant penalises you if you leave the game. League of legends etc. If you push and you die, the game has to punish you for that play. 

I hope I made my self clear. There is no real argument against that. Pubs need to be healthier, with players who are willing to play together, and cooperate. Players who don't want that, can go no-fill 🙂

Ranked has a leaving penalty. Pubs do not.
If leavers bother you, I would guess that it would be safer for you to play Ranked instead.
Pubs are there for a more casual gaming experience, where winning and losing matters little and certainly far less than in Ranked. Pubs also allow more flexibility to players who may have repeated interruption due to personal circumstances.

IMO it is pointless to complain about leavers in pubs.

I. however agree with you that being toxic is not appropriate, and streamers who are toxic on stream should be banned in game.

no-fill is a joke "highly requested" no i want true solos devs ..."team based game" blabla same * over and over ...
