@Balladalidila I can without a doubt tell you the recoil pattern is easier to control in single fire when using a macro and firing as if it was full auto. We've lately had a surge of cheaters on ps4 these past few weeks, sucks that they added that garbage they call crossplay when console was fine. Now we have a cheater problem once again.
I would also like to add that the flatline spread from auto to single fire is not the same, but similar, this can easily also be seen in the video where the recoil pattern is more like a J, in single fire it kicks to the left rather than smoothly transitioning to the left at the end of the clip. You switch to single fire for the added damage per bullet.
On top of that I would also like to state that the comment from the link in question which was posted is completely false.
"The important part isn't that. The important part is that rapid clicking significantly increases difficulty of aiming. Fast firing guns like the P2020 and Hemlok are effectively uncontrollable on a moving target if you fire them as fast as possible with asingle click for every shot."
I can completely obliterate an opponent with a p20 with my trigger finger, especially with the hopup. I've beaten multiple preds with their r99/volt vs my p20, without switching weapons too. I can also completely obliterate an opponent with a hemlock with any sight. That particular person commenting on reddit just sucks.
