Trading Skins and Cosmetics

I think you should be able to trade skins and other cosmetics. Maybe not the twitch prime skin(s). Lets say your friend gets a legendary skin for your favourite legend and you got a legendary for one...

@Bobliotecca007 i think it would be better to just be able to scrap unwanted cosmetics ect for craft materials,
