Translating what another user wrote
I don’t speak chinese, but google translate was enough for me to understand what they were trying to say.

红色武器能加上就退效果，毕竟是厉害的红色武器。
From what I understand, they’re trying to say they think that the weapons in the care package should be available in their normal, un-buffed state as ground loot, in addition to having the buffed version in the care package, since they end up feeling like very different guns either way with how strong they are.
I don’t necessarily have an opinion on this as the translator, but I didn’t want their comment to go unseen simply because they don’t speak english.
