    Gibralter has always been one of my favorite legends, but I can agree that he is way more powerful than the other legends in the game... i do pretty well with other characters but the moment I get on Gibralter I do 5 times better XD and theres been times I was losing a fight and being third partied alone so just threw down his ult and got like 5-6 kills for doing nothing and my teammates were like what the hell was that lmao... don’t get me started on his gunshield... i believe his dome is fine and i like the addition for faster revives/fast heals but his gunshield needs nerfed because of the fact that he now has fast heals in his dome and between the 2 hes much stronger than every other legend in the game... either nerf him or buff other legends to make everyone on a equal playing field

@Zamaha400 Oh, I'm not lying, he can take a full mag from the Havoc with nothing but blue shields from the back and still have enough health to deal with an opponent. Seriously, I've been there, managed to sneak behind an enemy Gibby and unload a full Havoc mag into his back earlier, and I still had to do something like sixty more damage (not including ADS shield, I'm pretty sure his was broken) to kill him. I guess a Gibby main wouldn't call that OP, but then again, a Gibby main isn't using one of the balanced legends. All I'm saying is, he takes too much damage! With a purple shield, he has thirty extra health not including the extra 50 (or 75) his passive gives him (for the record, with his passive-active, he can potentially have blue armor stacked on his purple armor), so if you really think he's balanced...
One thing that'd really help, tho, is to remove the slow down effect when being shot from all legends. Also, a one V. one should definitely be more balanced against Gibby than it is, Gibby shouldn't be carrying you through one V. ones

@Robo_The_Man-Bot I distinctly remember downing a purple armored Gibby with one clip from the havoc so this comment confused me. I had to double check and the havoc does 18 damage per shot so that's 630 damage. Even if damage reduction knocked that down to 16 per shot that's still well over 500 damage he survived. Even if it only did 10 damage per shot a blue shielded Gibby wouldn't survive gun shield or not.

Gibby does give me an advantage in a straight up 1v1 if my opponent has no cover but only if they choose to fight by my rules. His strength in that scenario is undeniable but you are overstating how effective he is.

    @Zamaha400 Well, I think you forget that Gibby is also super inconsistent (which is his biggest problem, imo). This also may have been due to the server latency or whatever issue plagues the hit registration on PS4, but regardless, any other legend can be killed if the hit registration's bad, but Gibby is the least forgiving when it comes to a server issue, which, in Apex, basically gives him a huge advantage! I dunno if you're on PS4 or if hit registration is as bad on other platforms, but all I know is, Gibby's passives give him another passive when shots won't register (which is a lot of the time, and no, I don't have a bad internet connection, I know because I used (recently) to play a lot of BF1 and the hit registration is perfectly fine in that game, and literally every other FPS for that matter). You can say that that's not a legend issue, but then again, none of the other legends have this problem (hits not registering, sure (especially lifeline in that demon outfit from season three) but they also don't have like 40 million health on top of that). Gibby is the most noob-friendly and OP legend in the game (in the sense that he gives you gunfights that you shouldn't have won)! I used to love playing Gibby when he was a more tactical, but it's like they're trying to make him play to the other legends strengths as well! He's an amazing defense character and his bubble shield is super fun to use (when used correctly), but they shouldn't make him so forgiving in a gunfight (for the record, I absolutely don't wanna see him go back to season one Gibby, I just want him to play to his own strengths and only his if ya know what I mean). Also, if he was only playing to his own strengths he wouldn't be able to go meet the other legends on their turf and still win a one V. one without any additional skill (seriously, I've played him the same way I play Octane and was able to win a pubs match solo (not initially solo, but you know how randoms are) with twelve kills and never holding a position (I actually played him more aggressively than I play Octane because I felt more confident in Gibby's OP-ness (I do actually try to hold power positions as Octane, unfortunately, I always get paired w/ headless chickens who can't help but run into every fight with nothing but a Mozambique))). Anyway, you can argue that Gibby can't take a full Havoc energy mag and still not die, but I've actually been there, and it's happened (prolly due to server issues, but I refer you back to my earlier point).

      @Robo_The_Man-Bot Gibraltar gives you an edge in 1v1 but the idea that he's the most "noob" friendly is laughable. Lifeline would probably be the easiest character for a new player to use though obviously not overpowered. Gibraltar is a bit too strong. His ultimate and tactical (now that it has fast revives and heals) can swing a team fight more significantly than other characters while having an advantage in straight up 1v1's due to his gun shield. I hope they adjust him but its doubtful and I've honestly soured on using him. (Also doesn't help that I get further in ranked while using any character but him.)

      Also I have no understanding of server registration issues so if you're telling me it makes Gibraltar invincible I can't argue with it. Would assume a slim character like Wraith would benefit more from poor hit detection but again I don't know.

        @heme725 Noob friendly in a contest of skill, easiest to use? I'd agree with you on the lifeline being the easiest to learn (And Octane I guess would be very easy to learn, maybe Mirage too (Mirage is easy to use, just not easy to use well)). I agree that Gibby is one of the hardest to use when it comes to tactical and Ult, and I think he's in a good place with both of those, but his passives make him OP. Passives should be more balanced than they are. Lifeline, Wraith (her's is annoyingly inconsistent, tho), Octane, Revenant, bloodhound, Bangalore, and Wattson are in a good place with their passives (Wattson's could be OP in ranked, I don't ever use her, but I really don't think her's is)(also, all the people saying Rev needs a buff to his passive, I'd have to disagree with, I think he's perfectly fine, any more and he'll be OP, any less and he'll need a buff). Crypto, Caustic, and Mirage really need buffs to be on par with the other legend's passives (also, make it so Caustic isn't such a liability on people's teams, he's worthless when it comes to team play). Gibby is OP in terms of Passives. Also, I don't know where I stand with Pathfinder (mostly 'cause I don't use him anymore), but I'm inclined to lean towards balanced in terms of passive.
        Anyway...
        I wouldn't take too much away (at first I would've, but after some thought, I decided that he doesn't need to be nerfed in that way). My ideas are, nerf his ADS speed, increase sprint out time, decrease weapon swap speed, make him reload a little faster, but I don't know how much (I propose they change the reload speed on some of the legends, mostly the big bois), but most importantly change the speeds of the legends, that way the fortified perk actually makes sense, because, at the moment, it doesn't make any sense. Smaller characters run faster, medium legends run the same speed they already do, and big legends (caustic and gibby) run slower. Then they can keep the low profile and fortified perks. That'd also make legends stick to their classes, so no more playing Gibby like Octane and still doing better than Octane.
        Also, seriously, make Caustic an actual defensive character! His passive should be called liability! I can't tell you how many times I've been kill by my own Caustic teammate! Make it so you can still move the same speed in your teammate Caustic's gas! Blurred vision? Yeah, that works great, but the slow down effect should only apply to enemies!
