The game lags more than ever, audio has gotten worse some how (no footsteps, jump pad sound glitch) the game stutters when you try to heal, the heal selection wheele still disappears and won't let you select anything to heal with, loot ratio is worse than ever as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to use my heal wheel for about 10 seconds and it would not open, I tried, then again, then again holding for different amounts of time. eventually I tried using syringes but died.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to open the heal wheel and select a heal item.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not a clue, I don't understand how that can possibly happen. Couldn't be my inputs because the button worked, and I don't think it was my connection because it was good the entire time. Maybe something to do with the removal of bunny hopping, possibly you've changed the way healing works. I don't know. All I know is this is the third glitch I've had today. One to do with a lifeline asset not found, constant "out of sync with server" and now the heal wheal not working properly.

What happens when the bug occurs? Healing is impossible from the wheel, the in-game inventory menu won’t open, going down regardless if your team is alive instantly kills you, all button prompts disappear and after being respawned all deathboxes around the area where I revived myself disappeared (Not sure if the two are connected though)
What should be happening instead? Should have revived and proceeded normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Self-Reviving outside the zone as Pathfinder near Bunker (Will try to reproduce if possible)
Will Post a short clip showing how healing, picking up equipment and opening the menu breaks shortly
