Upgrading from Ultimate $10 BP to Ultimate $20 BP does not grant extra packs.
I'm reporting this issue after upgrading my battle pass from the $10 'Ultimate' edition to the $20 'Ultimate+' edition, expecting to be granted additional packs and crafting metals, only to receive just the level bonus. I had previously checked the FAQ and didn't see anywhere in which it was stated that I wouldn't receive the Ultimate+'s "extra instant rewards" had I upgraded from the Ultimate tier to the Ultimate+ tier.
Exactly what happened:
- I had the $10 'Ultimate' edition already purchase prior to purchasing the $20 'Ultimate+' edition.
- I purchased the Ultimate+ edition, expecting to receive more apex packs & crafting materials on top of what was granted by the Ultimate edition.
- I was not granted any "instant rewards" besides the level bonus.
This seems misleading, as it doesn't seem to state anywhere that upgrading from the Ultimate edition to the Ultimate+ edition WILL NOT grant you any extra packs or crafting materials aside from what was already granted by the base Ultimate edition.
If anything, I'd just like it to be a bit more clear to those of whom have already bought the Ultimate edition and are looking to buy the Ultimate+ edition for the rewards, that they will not receive any extra packs or materials, something like a quick pop-up or disclaimer would be nice.
