Urgent Request: Recover My Rights - 45 Kills and My Progress all Lost
Hello,
I’ve been playing since Season 13, and I’ve invested so much of my time and effort into your game. Today, I’m writing this message in complete frustration. I’ve played for hours, achieved over 45 kills in one match with 6165 damage, and yet I received no recognition or reward for my efforts. I only got 5 Headshots Badges, XP, and weapon level-ups. That’s not what I deserve after all this work! I didn’t get any other rewards or even the 20 Kills Badge, or any other significant progress.
I’ve emailed you, and I’ve reached out through live chat support, and I was told, sadly, that there’s nothing you can do. How can you say there’s nothing you can do?! It’s your game! Why can’t you recognize the efforts of players?! How can you not address these issues?!
I’d also like to add that your game always seems to put me in bad luck situations. I’ve had over 112 reports of various issues. The problems with your game only ever seem to appear for me, and I’ve been tolerating it for a long time. But when it came to a point where I was about to achieve one of my biggest goals, and then lost everything, that’s something I can’t ignore.
Is this what you want? To crush players’ hopes? Is this the way you want to destroy your players' goals? I’ve worked so hard to make progress, only to find it all gone. I’ve lost my goal, I’ve lost my excitement for your game, is this really what you want to achieve? Is this the recognition you give to players who put in real effort?
I’ve I been deeply affected by this, and I feel like I can’t continue playing this way after everything I’ve done. I hope you take this matter seriously and give me the recognition I deserve, because I don’t deserve this injustice.

Sorry to hear about the frustration here, as that would definitely be pretty crushing after such a great game. That kind of performance really is in a league of its own, well past the 4k damage / 20 kill badges that are currently the peak.
While there aren't any badges or rewards to commemorate 6k+ damage or 40+ kills, that's certainly feedback we can pass along.
Regarding why you didn't even receive the 4k/20 kill badges however, these cannot be earned in modes that differ too much from the standard Apex experience, to keep things on roughly the same level as those that earned them in the past.
In this specific case it looks like you were playing pubs, with Rift Relics. Those drastically change player power levels and even the way the game is played, so the damage and kill badges cannot be earned there. You should always be able to get the badges in Ranked as that doesn't have the modifiers from different pubs game modes, or if you're only playing pubs that would need to wait for the more drastic modes like Rift Relics or Materia to rotate out as they have now done with the start of this season.
