Ok.  That comment works for fast legends or one's that can get out of situations with abilities.  Her missiles are instant death to lifeline and crypto, and that shouldn't be..

The rockets are essentially infinite area-of-effect grenades, and on a cooldown that's way, way, WAY too short.
