Valkyrie Changes

1. Let me use my jetpack when I grab someone's banner.. That is just stupid it is disabled

2. When dropping in from drop ship (beginning of game) or using her skydive, or using a jump tower - make it so they don't stall out as fast as other legends. They literally have a jet pack on their back.... 

3. Their movement while flying is horrendously slow. If I fly to a cliff, I should be faster than my squad mates who are running and have to climb -.- To keep this balanced, maybe increase the burn rate on the jetpack

I enjoy playing as them but sometimes I just get so frustrated by the simplest of things that shouldn't be a problem.
